Easy Omelette Breakfast Sandwich


  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 2 slices of bread
  3. 2 tsp of finely chopped onion
  4. 2 tsp of finely chopped bell pepper
  5. 1 tsp of finely chopped cilantro
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 slice cheese of your choice
  9. 2 slices of cooked bacon


  1. Heal oil in a pan.
  2. pour in 2 scrambled eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Coat the breads with uncooked eggs from the panĀ and place it over the eggs.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
  5. Flip the omelette when its brown on the other side.
  6. Add cheese and bacon.
  7. Flip one of the bread on top of the other making a sandwich.
  8. Take out in a pan.
  9. Enjoy with Fresh Juice.
