Hash Browns and Sunny side up Eggs

Quick and simple recipe to make Hash Browns and Sunny side up eggs for breakfast.

Ingredients

For Hash brown

  • 1 large Potato
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Peel potato and onion, and grate in a grater
  2. Remove excess water by squeezing out from onion and potato and put in a mixing bowl
  3. Add egg, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika powder
  4. Heat a pan and add butter
  5. Take a handful of the mix and make a round flat patty and fry in the pan
  6. Fry for about 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Place in a paper towel to extract excess butter
  8. Serve with sunny side up eggs and toasts
