Quick and simple recipe to make Hash Browns and Sunny side up eggs for breakfast.
Ingredients
For Hash brown
- 1 large Potato
- 1 large Onion
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Butter
Directions
- Peel potato and onion, and grate in a grater
- Remove excess water by squeezing out from onion and potato and put in a mixing bowl
- Add egg, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika powder
- Heat a pan and add butter
- Take a handful of the mix and make a round flat patty and fry in the pan
- Fry for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Place in a paper towel to extract excess butter
- Serve with sunny side up eggs and toasts
