Homemade fresh Lassi | Nepali Food Recipe

Easy to make, healthy to drink!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Mango Peeled
  • 1 cup Chopped Strawberry
  • 6 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Plain Lassi

  1. In a blender, pour plain yogurt, water, and sugar and blend it together.
  2. Add salt for sweet and salty flavor.

Strawberry Lassi

  1. In a blender, pour yogurt, whole milk, and fresh strawberries, sugar and blend it together.

Mango Lassi

  1. In a blender, pour yogurt, fresh mango, heavy cream and sugar.
