A very simple and delicious golveda and dhaniya ko achar recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4-5 green chili
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tsp. sichuan peppercorn
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Fry chopped tomatoes for about half a minute.
- Add green chili, garlic, ginger and fry until tomatoes breakdown.
- Put it in a grinder and add timur (Sichuan peppercorn), salt, and cilantro.
- Grind until mix together.
- Squeeze in half lemon juice.
- Then pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add chopped onions.
- Ready to be served.
I just made this achar and it was DELICIOUS! My whole family loved it, including my 10 year old daughter !
