Spicy Golveda ra Dhaniya ko Achar | Nepali Food Recipe

A very simple and delicious golveda and dhaniya ko achar recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4-5 green chili
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp. sichuan peppercorn
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Fry chopped tomatoes for about half a minute.
  3. Add green chili, garlic, ginger and fry until tomatoes breakdown.
  4. Put it in a grinder and add timur (Sichuan peppercorn), salt, and cilantro.
  5. Grind until mix together.
  6. Squeeze in half lemon juice.
  7. Then pour the mixture into a bowl.
  8. Add chopped onions.
  9. Ready to be served.
