Salsa Verde perfect for Tacos, Burritos, Chips and other Mexican dishes. Made with Tomatillo, Serano Peppers, salt, garlic, and lemon juice.
- 3-4 medium tomatillo
- 2 Serrano green chili
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- Boil tomatillo and serano peppers until it gets soft.
- Blend the tomatillo and peppers with salt, garlic, and lemon or lime juice until smooth paste.
- Add cilantro for extra flavor.
