Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic and Ginger Paste
- Few chopped Garlic and Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon or Lime Juice
- 2 Small Tomatoes
- 1 Green Chili
- 2 tbsp. chopped Green Onions
- Cilantro for garnish
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add chicken cubes and fry for 2 minutes
- Add turmeric powder and fry until golden brown
- Remove it in a mixing bowl
- Add chili powder, cumin powder, salt, garlic ginger paste, chopped garlic and ginger, green onion, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes and mix well
- Sprinkle cilantro for garnish. Serve.
